MB Bank Plc. Phnom Penh Branch, Cambodia (MB), Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (“the Bank”)
is a commercial joint stock bank incorporated and registered in the
Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The Bank was incorporated in accordance
with Business License No.
0054/NH-GP issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on 14
September 1994 and Decision No. 00374/GP-UB issued by the Hanoi People’s
Committee. The Bank officially operated on 4 November 1994.
In Cambodia, the registered and official name of the Bank in Cambodia is “MB Bank Plc. Phnom Penh Branch, Cambodia” (“MB Bank”). The Bank is a commercial bank
operating under the Cambodian Law on Commercial Enterprises and
supervision of the National Bank of Cambodia. The Bank’s license No 34,
issued by the Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, was granted on
15 December 2011. The Bank officially launched on 20 December 2011,
having its legal address at Phnom Penh Tower, #445, 1st and 2nd Floor,
Monivong Boulevard, Sangkat Boeung Prolit, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh.
The principal activities of the Bank are to provide banking services
including receiving short, medium and long-term deposits from
organizations and individuals; making short, medium and long-term loans
and advances to organizations and individuals based on the features and
capability of the Bank’s capital sources. The Bank also provides foreign
currency exchange services, international trading financial services,
discount of commercial papers, bonds and other valuable documents, and
other banking services authorized by the State Bank of Vietnam.

is located at No.3 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
As at 31 December 2011, the Bank has one (01) Head Office, one (01)
Operation Center, one (01) branch in the People’s Democratic Republic of
Lao, one (01) branch in the Kingdom of Cambodia, forty seven (47) tier 1
branches, three (03) tier 2 branches, one hundred and fifteen (115)
transaction offices, four (04) saving funds and four (04) transaction
service units located in cities and provinces throughout Vietnam. It
also has five (05) subsidiaries and three (03) associates.
