LY HOUR Microfinance Plc. is a subsidiary of LY HOUR Group. It was established as the 37th Microfinance Institution licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia in late 2012.

We provide opportunities to Cambodian people to start up or expand their businesses to improve the living standard of community through appropriate microfinance services.
