is having 62.72% of share holding and the rest is held by public and
mutual funds, FIIs etc.,Bank of India was founded on 7th September, 1906
by a group of eminent businessmen from Mumbai. Beginning with one
office in Mumbai, , the Bank has made a rapid growth over the years and
blossomed into a mighty institution with a strong national presence and
sizable international operations. In business volume, the Bank occupies a
premier position among the nationalized Banks. The Bank has 4030
domestic branches in India as at 30-06-2012 ,spread over all states/

in 1997 and follow on Qualified Institutions Placement in February

Cambodia in the Month of May 2009 after obtaining commercial bank
licence from National bank of Cambodia with optimistic about the future
of the Cambodian market and confident the bank could translate its long
